Naturopathic Sleep Medicine Blog

Dr Cathering Darley - Seattle Sleep Medicine

Welcome to the blog of Dr. Catherine Darley, specialist in naturopathic sleep medicine. Let me begin by introducing myself. As a naturopathic physician my expertise lies in providing natural and effective treatments for sleep problems. I work with all age groups, and especially enjoy working with children and their families. In 2003 I founded The Institute of Naturopathic Sleep Medicine in Seattle which is dedicated to patient care, public education about sleep health, and research on natural treatments for sleep disorders. With this blog I’ll share the naturopathic perspective on sleep news, and provide education about sleep health. If you'd like to get my free monthly e-newsletter 'Sleep Well, Naturally' email to info@naturalsleepmedicine.net.
