Children’s Sleep
Can you believe only 47% of grade school children get enough sleep, and among high school students it is only 20%?!!
This chronic sleep debt has global effects on children’s well-being, from their mental acuity to mood to physical health.
It can also undermine their success in school.
Children also suffer from many of the same sleep disorders that affect adults.
As a sleep professional, and as a mother, Dr. Darley welcomes the opportunity to provide sleep education to parents, and help children establish life-long sleep health.
This presentation can be customized to the age of the children in your group.
"Dr. Darley is an informative, interesting and most knowledgeable speaker on sleep and sleep issues.
You won't realize what you don't know about sleep until you hear her speak.
You will learn specific strategies to sleep better and to help your children sleep better, too.
Excellent!
